Returns Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalised or custom-made products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Forged For Combat is not responsible for lost returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting images. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed once received.
